What materials are used in your products?
We use cotton blend yarn safe for children, cotton fabrics, eco-friendly paints, beads, and hypoallergenic jewelry findings to ensure beauty, durability, and safety.
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Yes, we welcome custom requests for crochet colors, painted designs, or jewelry styles, subject to material availability. We also cater to corporate and special occasion orders, where we can personalize products with your logo or names, perfect for birthdays, weddings, or return gifts.
What is your return and exchange policy?
As all items are handmade, returns/exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect products. Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
UAE orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the UAE. For international shipping, please contact us at smarthands@smartlifefoundation.org
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
